MOC and SAT's Circular About Tax Revenue Policy on Investment Funds in securities
Approved by State Council, Ministry of Commerce(MOC) and State Administration of Taxation(SAT) distributed an joint circular about tax revenue policy on investment funds in securities.
As of January 1, 2004 business tax and enterprise income tax will still be exempted when manager of investment funds in securities use the funds to make a deal of stock and got differential income of bond certificate.
